We have just received this heart-wrenching news and we still trying to get our heads around it. Black Adam, an upcoming film based on DC comics is one of the most anticipated films of this year. After facing many delays, thanks to the pandemic, it was all set to release on July 29, 2022. But now, it has been moved to October 21, 2022. Dwayne Jonson, the leading star of this upcoming superhero film has also confirmed it in his recent tweet. Although, this news is bad for those DC fans who are waiting for this film for so long but at least, it is getting released this year. Black Adam is based on a DC comic and it stars Dwayne Jonson in the titular character of Teth-Adam a.k.a Black Adam. This antihero persona turned supervillain to clear his reputation is finally coming to big screens and fans are pretty hyped about that. Directed by Jaume Collet Serra, this film is a spin-off from Shazam (2019). Originally set to release in May, Warner Bros. Pictures has pushed its release date to October 2022.
