Did you know, Gran Turismo is an upcoming action-adventure biographical film? Based on a famous PlayStation racing simulation game, the film is written by Jason Hall and directed by Neil Blomkamp. It tells the story of Jann Mardenborough a Gran Turismo player whose gaming skills won him a series of Nissan-sponsored video game competitions. Due to his skills, he later becomes an actual professional race car driver. It stars Archi Madekwe in the lead role while David Harbour, Orlando Bloom, Darren Barnet, and Djimon Hounsou in the supporting roles. Gran Turismo is scheduled to be released on August 11, 2023.
