Do you know, the filming for Five Nights at Freddy’s has started finally? Yes, the famous horror game is getting a live-action film and its principal photography has just begun. Five Nights at Freddy’s was first released in 2014 and instantly became a super-hit horror game. Since then, the game has turned into a media franchise with several sequels and books. In 2015, Warner Bros. acquired the film rights and announced to release of a live-action film in 2016. But several issues regarding its script put it in development hell. But thanks to Blumhouse Productions, it found a new home and finally entered into a pre-production stage. The film is being directed by Emma Tammi who co-wrote its script with Scott Cawthon, the creator of the game. Five Nights at Freddy’s will be released in mid of 2024.
