Sin City 2022 | News Update ( The Cine Wizard )
In recent times, the trend of turning beloved and famous films into TV series is frequently increasing. Movies like Fargo (1996) and Westwolrd (1973) are already have been adopted for the small screen. Now, we have news that the famous neo-noir film, Sin City is also joining this club. Based on a graphic novel by famous comic writer Frank Miller, this upcoming action-thriller series is being produced by Legendary TV, the same company which produced Lost in Space for Netflix. Like the movie, this series is also being created by Frank himself and it is rumored that Robert Rodrigues will join him too. The plot of the Sin City TV series is inspired by the graphic novel series. If that is the case, then it will be set in a fictional city, Basin where original characters like Marv, Dwight, and others will be depicted in the show. Due to copyright issues, Sin City TV adaptation faced many legal issues but now, the show is on the track. It is scheduled to be aired in the summer of 2023.
